1. Add item(s) to your cart 2. Click the CHECKOUT button in the top right corner of the page 3. Fill in your 'customer information' providing a valid email address & shipping address. 4. Click 'Continue To Shipping Method' 5. Review the shipping information 6. Click 'Continue To Payment Method' 7. Select either EFT or Bank Deposit payment method 8. Select 'Same As Shipping Address' if your Billing & Shipping info are the same. Or select 'Use Different Billing Address' if the addresses differ. 9. Click 'Complete Order' Payment Methods: Bank Deposit Your order is confirmed, & the banking details for you to make a Bank Deposit or EFT will be displayed on this page. **When doing the EFT/Bank Deposit, please use your Name and Surname as a reference **Please note: All bank deposits & EFT will require proof of payment, which can be emailed to info@thefashionlott.com **Once proof of payment is received, order will be processed. If proof of payment is not received within 72 hours of your order being placed, the order will be cancelled. Unfortunately, we cannot hold items indefinitely, as other customers are unable to purchase these items. Yes our clothing line is manufactured in-house by The Fashion Lott in Cape Town. + How can I track my order? You will receive a shipping notification via sms that will notify you of the courier we've used to ship your order. + How long does shipping take? Please allow 8-10 business days for your order to ship. + Does the The Fashion Lott offer free shipping ? We offer free shipping for orders of R 800.00 and more. - Should your order total be less than R 800.00, a R 110.00 delivery fee will be added to your purchase. + Do you ship to PO Boxes ? No we do not. + Returns Policy RETURNS POLICY Purchase information with The Fashion Lott Depending on availability, purchases may be made directly through this website via our e-commerce portal. Online purchases on the Fashion Lott website may be purchased from within South Africa only. By placing an order with us you agree to pay for and receive the goods outlined in the sale. Product Availability The Fashion Lott products available for purchase online are women’s wearable clothing. We will however inform you if we are unable to fill your order. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. Pricing and Payment Options While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. All prices for website customers include VAT at the applicable current rates, but exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise. The Fashion Lott accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: - EFT If you receive a confirmation of order email after completing your transaction, your transaction has been successful. Delivery Delivery charges are specified when you place an order and are non-refundable. Purchases are delivered by various carriers according to the delivery destination. Orders are processed and delivered within 8 to 10 business days. The Fashion Lott cannot be responsible for unanticipated transport delays. Shipped to the wrong address We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible. Tracking Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email. You will then receive an automated sms to keep you updated regarding your order. The courier delivering your order will also contact you with a tracking and delivery updates and how to reschedule your delivery if you need to do so. If however there is a delay in receiving your order, please contact us and we will follow up with the shipping company. Lost or stolen packages The Fashion Lott is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” The Fashion Lott is not responsible for stolen or missing mail. Cancelling an Order If you received your order confirmation but not yet paid for your order, then you can request a cancellation via email at info@thefashionlott.com Return or exchange an item We completely understand that sometimes a style may just not be for you, or might not fit exactly right. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if it is damaged or incorrect in size / colour, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at info@thefashionlott.com for any returns or exchanges; we will then forward you the necessary documents to complete. Your returned package must contain this printout and detail, in order for us to accept the return. Once the return or exchange is approved we will issue a credit note on receipt. Please note: - The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. - The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. To receive a return or exchange form, please email us at info@thefashionlott.com, we will then email you the address to return your parcel. *Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing makeup or perfume/deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. + Can I collect my order ? The Fashion Lott is only available online at present. + How often do you check your emails ? We check them daily! Several times a day. We aim to respond to emails as quickly as we can. We generally attend to emails by 9am daily. Emails sent Saturday after 1pm through Sunday evening are responded to on Monday. + How do I proceed for any questions, compliments or complaints about my order? We prefer to take all questions, compliments, or complaints via email.
